Hey there! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny for our newborn who can also excel as a house manager and personal assistant. We are looking for about 15-25 hours to start for the nanny and personal assistant duties and if everyone loves the role and it is a fit, transitioning into a full-time role with support for the father with executive assistant functions for his several businesses. We are flexible in accommodating schedules, but ideally would be 3-5 hours/day M-F to start with, with random night/weekend coverage requested with advance notice. We would make sure to pay a fixed retainer for hours and if they are not used or we are traveling, they will still be paid. Any overage will be paid to the normal rate.
