We want to build an open and trusted partnership with someone whose experiences and philosophies line up with our shared goal: creating a nurturing environment of care and development! Start date is June 3rd. The schedule we are looking for is 9a-1p from Mon-Fri. Compensation and benefits can be discussed DOE! The role will involve caring for our 8-month-old baby on Mon-Wed and our 2. 5-year-old toddler on Thurs-Fri. You would not be caring for two kids at once (if that emergency situation ever arose, we would pay a 2-child rate for those hours). We value deep childcare experience with the relevant age ranges, a positive and empathetic parenting philosophy, a focus on developing age-appropriate activities with creative play, outdoor time, and no screens! Some light cleaning and cooking. Must be comfortable with dogs (we have 2).
