My son has adhd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. He has a bit of a screen time obsession so finding activities that can keep him away from screens as much as possible. My daughter is only almost two and she loves to do finger paint, blocks, read books, color, and she loves cocomelon but really limit her with it. My son has vitamins and meds he takes but they are in his medicine holder I organize each week. My daughter takes multi vitamin drops and a childrens allergy liquid medicine in the mornings. She naps anywhere from 11:00-12 p.m. and her naps can last up to 4 hours. She has to have her Minnie Mouse blanket and her unicorn at nap time.
