We need assistance in the evenings with our 3-year-old. The plan is to have help in the evenings for Mom since Dad works nights. Mom would also like an evening or two to work out and run errands. We can work that out once the kiddo is used to her new person. Mom also travels so this person would also be hired to assist with our daughter while Mom is out of town (between 2-5 days normally). No overnights currently needed but that could also be a future need.
