I have a 5-year-old who is pretty self-sufficient and newborn (3 months). I would need a nanny for work from home days which are Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 3 or 4 p.m. It may not be every Thursday and Friday but will definitely need someone to be "on call" if needed.
