Experienced, Nurturing Nanny Wanted!

We are looking for a potential nanny for our two girls - our oldest will be 4 in October and our youngest is due in May. Dad is in the military, so has a somewhat unpredictable schedule. Mom works from home from 8-5 and will be in her office with the door shut during the day. Our oldest is a very smart and outgoing little girl that will need structured activities throughout the day. Our youngest will be breastfed, so mom will be able to feed her while you're here. This is our first potential nanny job, so we would like to sit down and detail out expectations, time off, etc. and are open to suggestions from experienced nannies!
