Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Carrier

We are having a baby boy next month who has a heart defect and will need some more attentive care in home. I currently work from home, but have struggled in the past to work and care for my daughter when she was a baby, and I do not have a ton of Maternity leave. I don't have all the specifics yet, but we are looking for a nanny to help with care of him in-home, and I will also be home. It might be every week and it might be every other week. I am due after Christmas and this job wouldn't actually start until end of Feb, but I am trying to reach out and see what options there are ahead of time. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
