Childcare Provider Needed For Two Boys (Ages 6 & 3) Part-Time & Scheduled Ahead

We are looking for a reliable, caring childcare provider for our two active boys (ages 6 and 3). Care will take place in our home. Schedule On-call day once per week: 5:00 PM10:30 p.m. I may be home, but I need someone present in case Im called into the hospital. Occasionally includes one Friday evening every other month. Every other Saturday: 6:30 AM6:00 p.m. Primarily caring for our 3-year-old. I receive my schedule 6 weeks in advance, so all dates can be coordinated ahead of time.
