We are expecting our child in May of 2024. I (Ashley) have a work-from-home position in the Human Resources field. Ideally, we would love to have someone to provide in-home childcare during the baby's first year from mid-August 2024 through the end of May 2025. My husband is a teacher so he would be able to provide care over his school breaks and during the summer months. After this, we are planning on sending our child to a daycare in the fall of 2025. We are looking for basic childcare duties for the baby including feeding, caring for them as they sleep, and light activities during their wake time. I will be working from home as well so I can assist if needed. We just genuinely would like in-home care during their first year so they have a quiet, stable environment while they are still young.
