Weekly Babysitter For 3 Month Old Girl

My wife and I are seeking a trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, and engaging person to care for our little one Wednesday afternoons at our home from 1:30-5:30 p.m. on a long-term basis, starting in mid June. When she's not napping, she loves to smile, babble, and when you do active things like singing, dancing, reading, and walks in the stroller. Bottle-feeding and diaper changes are obviously fairly frequent. She's not one to cry for hours a day, but she can be quite particular about what she wants, and will sometimes cry intensely for short periods. Takes some trial and error to figure out how best to soothe her. Full use of living room, baby's bedroom, and patio. I work from home in my office and my wife is generally home as well, working or taking care of other tasks. We just need a little extra help and rest once in a while!
