Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Westlake

We are looking for a nanny to care for 3 boys (5, 3, and 1. 5) out of our home in Westlake. We are looking for someone who would like to work with our family long-term, however, we are also open to a caregiver who is available for the summer-only while we find a long-term nanny. Our schedule would typically be 30-36 hours and 4 days/week (occasionally 3 days). Days are somewhat flexible. Hours would usually be 8-5pm, however, some days may end a little earlier and Fridays may be a shorter day, especially during the summer. We are looking for a nanny who provides care through love & patience, enjoys creating an environment where children can learn through play & structured activities, uses electronics appropriately & limits as much as possible, and is reliable & consistent. Light housework would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
