. We are new to the area and I'm a SAHM to a 20-month-old who needs 2days/wk to run errands & do household work. This can be anywhere between 8-15hrs a week based on the candidate. Our ideal schedule is WED/THURS between 9a-4p; but is flexible. Searching for someone who is reliable & consistent for my son to build a relationship with. He is smart, caring and kind, but still a toddler. Hoping to find someone patient; bonus if you're familiar with gentle parenting with consistent boundaries. If I'm in the home, I will be out of the way & if not, my son will know you are in charge! We keep screen time to a minimum and love outdoor time. The only clean up we'd ask for is after meals/play time. We are looking to expand our family in the next few years so there's potential for more help. We also have a senior cat.
