Random Days, Long Hour Nanny

About the job

We are looking for a nanny with similar mindset as us for twins in Urbana. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with a great Dane puppy and 40 lb dog and who is CPR certified. We are Christian, want to homeschool, natural healing minded. My husband and I each have rotating schedules, Im a firefighter working 24/48s and he has a rotating 12 hour shift, so the days needed are never the same each week. Potential live in nanny or overnight help could be needed. Looking for any way to go back to work if possible, but realize with this schedule, I may have to quit my job.
