Recurring Sitter/Nanny For 2 Year Old

My family is moving to Newark in December and will be looking for someone to watch our son (2) for a few hours each day Monday through Thursday (occasionally Friday) so I can go to the gym. Starting January 5th (completely flexible), I would like to have someone come to our house and sit with my son from about 12:30p to 2:30/3:00p so I can go to the gym. His nap time is 12:30p to 2:00p, so it's mainly just making sure if he wakes up he's taken care of. We have 2 dogs that will need to meet you first, we will do a paid trial run where you come over for an hour or two with me home and interact with both our son and our dogs, just to be sure it's a good fit.
