Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Mentor On The Lake

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. My youngest daughter just turned 1-year-old. Care would be primarily for my1-year-old; however, during days with no school and summer, my 6-year-old daughter will also be home. My 6-year-old does have autism, but is potty trained and pretty self-efficient and can communicate her needs. We have a small elderly dog in the home. Looking for someone who is willing to do things outside in nice weather, can be a bit flexible with start and end times, as we are police officers and may need to stay late occasionally. Times and days would alternate weekly, mainly. Week one would be Monday 11-4, and Friday 11-4. Week two would be Wednesday 11-4 and Friday 745-415. Additional days may be needed, or asked if you are available, as grandma watches the girls a couple of days a week.
