What we are looking for: Someone who is on time, attentive, trustworthy, and will take a caring, calm approach with our boys. We really want someone that the boys will be excited to see every day. Once trust is established, we would love for this person to take the boys to parks, etc. A little about us: Our 2 boys (1 1/2 and 3 1/2) are the sweetest. We typically both work from home - we are there if you need us, otherwise, you would never know we are there. We are a very organized household that the boys thrive in. We look at this person as part of our family and would like this person to take the same approach.
