Morning care (8am-noon) for our two-year son. Care needs to take place at our home. Nanny responsibilities include preparing snacks, diaper changes, structuring activities that promote fun and learning in the home and putting him down for naptime. Expectations include: a communication style that is calm and kind while maintaining house boundaries (ex: no hitting), ability to emotionally support and help regulate toddler feelings, and total transparency. Looking to find a nanny that could work with our son for the long term to allow for stability in his routine and those he forms connections to. Willing to increase pay based on formal training, educational background and experience.
