I will be working from home while this person is also here. They will be in charge of primarily the well being of my infant daughter, preparing a light snack for my 4 yr old son at the end of their shift, and picking up after the kids (only) in designated areas. My husband has a job that has no such routine. He could have weekdays off to where we want to spend time as a family and this person wouldnt need to come.
