I have a 14-month-old boy and 7-year-old daughter. I also have 2 step sons, 3 and 5, and their mom will be here to help as well. Its a lot with 4 kids and with returning to work Im looking for someone to fill my shoes and keep the home running smoothly. Caring for my toddler is the main focus but it will be a collaboration with step sons mom and alternating actively watching the kids and doing housework.
