Infant care, has specific wake windows + nap schedule I like to adhere to. Right now feeding every 3hrs, wake windows last 1- 1 1/2 hrs and naps are no longer than 2 hours (4x per day). Playing, tummy time, reading & learning about the world! currently 15 weeks old baby
