Responsibilities - Provide nurturing, attentive care throughout the day - Support developmental milestones (tummy time, reading, play, sensory activities) - Occasionally prepare bottles with expressed milk (baby is mostly breastfed) - Assist with introduction of solid foods (purees, age-appropriate meals) - Change diapers, maintain cleanliness, and apply gentle skincare (diaper cream, face lotion) - Follow nap routines and keep a consistent schedule - Handle light baby-related housekeeping (laundry, bottles, tidying play area) - Log daily activities in tracking app and share updates with parents Qualifications - Prior experience caring for infants (references preferred) - CPR/First Aid certification preferred - Up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and Tdap recommended) - Non-smoker - Reliable transportation and punctuality
