About the job
Our twin girls are active, curious, and love imaginative play, crafts, and being outdoors. Our son is a sweet, smart boy who is profoundly affected by autism and is nonverbal. He communicates using gestures and a few signs/visual aids, which we will fully train you on. He thrives on routine and predictability and can be energetic, so we need a caregiver who is calm, reliable, and comfortable with managing sensory needs and potential behavioral challenges.
