We're a friendly, progressive family seeking a warm, playful nanny for our 3-month-old daughter, 3 days/week (6 hours/day, flexible weekdays). My husband and I work from home and value attachment parenting and learning through play. We need someone who lights up around babies and engages easily with playfulness, songs, and silly voices. You should be experienced with newborns (sleep, developmental play, sensory activities), communicate openly, and be reliable. Requirements: Infant experience, reliable transportation (north Gahanna, 43230), current flu and COVID vaccines, references, and comfort with us working from home. We're flexible with scheduling for the right fit!
