My wife and I are due to have our first child in May 2024. We are looking for child care to start at the end of her maternity leave in August 2024. We are both medical residents in Columbus and our hours are often very long and inflexible. We are looking for in-home child care or a daycare center that has cared for young babies in the past and who would be somewhat flexible with hours (some days may start as early as 6:30 a.m. or end as late as 7 PM, usually not both). We will know our schedules months in advance and will communicate specific needs for each week. We need help with feeding, naps, and simulating play time. Usually only need 2 weeks per month of care, but some months may require slightly more care.
