Flexible Part-Time Sitter Needed (Approx. 20 hrs/week) We are looking for a reliable sitter who is comfortable with a very flexible schedule. My work hours change frequently, and I often only know my schedule a day in advance. Care would start with our 1. 5-year-old from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Each day, you would then pick up our 3-year-old from preschool (down the road from our home) at 11 and watch both kiddos until Im off. Some days you may not be needed, some days we may need you on short notice, and occasionally the day may run a bit longer. We pay well and are looking for someone who thrives with flexibility and can roll with daily changes. We expect to have a more consistent schedule by the end of January, but still can change weekly. This role will average around 10-20 hours per week.
