Responsibilities: 1. Household Support Organize and maintain home systems (pantry, fridge, closets, play areas). Prep healthy kids lunches and some family dinners. Manage children's laundry, dishes, & daily tidying. Support calendar management & scheduling appts. 2. Childcare Drive for school pickup (30 min each way). Plan outdoor activities in all weather. Support social-emotional growth with positive parenting. Help with projects, learning, arts/crafts, and foster a love of both reading & nature. Provide full-day coverage during school breaks. Qualifications: 5+ years in household/nanny roles. Experience with positive emotional support & child development (ages 3-7). Reliable car. Ideal Candidate: A proactive self-starter who likes to organize and keep busy, emotionally intelligent, & nature-oriented. Near perfect attendance.
