Part-time Nanny For Our Young Toddler

We value gentle-parenting and do things Montessori-ish (though, we're flexible about this). We want to cultivate confidence and emotional intelligence for our daughter. Our daughter loves music, dancing, reading and going for walks. Our daughter is a young toddler (18 months). She is a confident walker, and is learning to do some things on her own, but needs help with most things (meals, diaper changes, naps). We're looking for someone who has experience caring for toddlers, is kind and caring, and has creative ideas for activities. Our home has a driveway you can park in. We are also close to public transit stops. We have two medium sized dogs. They mostly stay in our office with us during the day. But they'll be around!
