Nanny Needed For Newborn

We are first time parents looking for a nanny for our first child anticipated to be born May 27, 2024. Please note that our start time is mid-August, 2024. I work in a hospital with irregular hours, however, the hours are known in advance in 6 month intervals making the irregularity a at least a bit predictable! Most weeks will be 7:30a-5:30p M/W-F or Tue-Fri; some weeks M-Fri 7am-6 p.m. We would appreciate light house-keeping especially when the baby is asleep. We do have a 11-year-old dog (Mutt/Mountain Cur, 40lbs) - the only care asked would be to let her out in our fenced-in back yard to use the bathroom. Thank you for considering!
