Part Time Infant Nanny Needed!

About the job

Our family is looking for a part time nanny experienced in caring for infants. Care will need to be provided in our home. We have a medium sized dog and a cat (friendly, but anxious. No care needed for them). I will be doing a mix of working from home and going to the office- schedule TBD and can be flexible! Our baby girl will be 5 months old when care is needed to begin. She was born premature but is making progress and meeting milestones! She can be quite clingy, so we are looking for someone who is very attentive, will hold her, and do contact naps as needed. We are working on more independence, but do not want this to be forced when we are gone (NO crying it out). We are first time parents and anxious about leaving our girl with someone. We need someone who is patient, understanding, and has excellent communication!
