Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Cincinnati

We have two very fun and sweet children--our oldest is a 5-year-old little girl who is very chatty and loves science and nature. Our youngest is a 2-year-old little boy who is very happy and very sweet, but not very verbal. The older one will start kindergarten and our little one will start preschool, most likely with an IEP, in the fall. Preschool is only a few hours a day, 4 days a week, and kindergarten is less than full time as well, so we are looking for full-time help (we work normal office hours) to cover the time he/they are not in school. Help would look like normal child care activities (playing, snacks, etc), managing getting the little one to school, and potentially some additional transport to therapies. We are hoping he progresses a lot but you'd be on the journey with us as we navigate what this awesome little dude needs.
