First time parents are seeking an experienced nanny to care for their 4-month-old daughter. The baby girl is in the "put everything in her mouth" phase and may be entering the early stages of teething, so attentiveness and gentle support are essential. She is naturally curious, enjoys exploring her surroundings, and loves engaging in smiley, babbling baby conversations. Family is looking for a nanny who not only brings experience with infants but is also comfortable offering guidance and working collaboratively as they navigate developmental milestones together. As the family is currently house hunting and uncertain which part of town they will move to, they hope to find someone flexible and willing to grow with them through this transition and beyond. Children: 4 mo old Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a nanny with infant experience and a strong knowledge of baby's development that can work as a team with parents to foster developmental milestones. Responsibilities: All aspects of child care including developmental activities, bottles/meals, children's laundry, light pick up, etc. Responsibilities all child focused. Other adult in the home: Both Mom and Dad work from home a portion of the time Pets: 2 small energetic dogs Start date: As soon as chosen nanny is available Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:45a-4p, Friday 9a-3p, with flexibility, guaranteed 35 hrs/wk. Offered rate: $25 - $27/hr, with two weeks paid vacation (one coinciding with family), 2 paid sick days and paid major holidays. *Please note: In addition to our standard screening, this position comes with a nanny skills assessment and drug screen.
