Full Time Nanny Needed For 2mo Old Child In Albany

We are looking for a full time nanny for our 2-month-old child. This would be at our home in the Albany/Athens area. The job would start on October 6 when I go back to work. This would either be Monday through Friday (7 AM-5 PM, we may get home earlier, and rarely later, can have shorter hours in winter if needed) or can do Monday through Thursday (with their grandmother watching them on Fridays). Since the baby is young, this job could potentially be a 3 to 4 year job if it ends up working out well for both parties! Non-smoking home. Must have transportation. Must be able to provide references. We do have dogs as well as farm animals. It is a really peaceful setting! So far this has been a really happy fun baby!
