I would like someone you is patient, energetic and loves to teach. I would like my son to start learning Spanish, therefore, the nanny should know Spanish as first language. Also, be able to play with my son and keep him engaged. My son should be learning and developing with this person (not just watching tv or being on the phone around him). She should also take him on walks in the park and be observant of his needs and feelings. The day should consist of reading, singing and playing throughout the day. A walk in the park can happen in the morning and afternoon if the weather allows. She should be speaking in Spanish and English throughout the day. I would love someone who believes in God and prays with him and read Bible stories too!
