Child is 1, looking for a nanny who can engage with them and provide structure while ensuring their safety. Keeps them mentally stimulated through the day. Able to help with small tasks like dishes on occasion but an exception not a norm. Important that they are gentle and kind but willing to be firm as child grows and starts testing boundaries etc.
