After School Sitter Needed Starting February 2:30 To 6:30

About the job

We are looking for an afterschool caregiver starting Feb 1 for approx 20 hrs a week. Hours are 2:30-6:30 M-W, 2:30-7 T, and 2:30-6 F. Some weekday and weekend evenings are available if needed. Our children are9 -years-old and an 11-years-old. Responsibilities include meeting the children from the bus when they come home from school, helping them with homework, feeding them snacks, driving them to their various activities, hosting playdates at times, children’s laundry and cleaning up after they play and eat. Car provided. We have a dog and may ask for walks with the kids. Our son has level 1 Autism. We will train anyone who takes the position on how to support his needs. He does not require more care than typically developing children, just a different approach at times. We are looking for a fun, energetic person who enjoys children and is flexible and creative in their approach to caregiving. We are a warm, easy going family. Our previous caregiver will help train you.
