Looking For A Nanny For Our Farm-baby

Hello! We are looking for a nanny for our 15-month-old baby girl. We live on a 65 acre farm in Schoharie in a comfortable farm house with modern appliances and a cozy wood stove. We both work from home / on the farm, and are often available to assist with child-care intermittently throughout the day. The farm is often bustling with activity, has a pond, an orchard, walking trails, a large beekeeping operation, and most notable a brewery that is open to the public. We encourage our nanny to explore outside with the babe (during warm months), or stay in and read books / play. We would request help with baby food prep, laundry, and keeping common spaces organized. We are very flexible, but will need help primarily during the weekdays 8-4pm-ish. We would consider an au-pair situation or alternative accommodations if it was a good fit!
