Part-time, Long-term Nanny

We're seeking a reliable and nurturing caregiver for a super fun, goofy, and nature-loving nearly 2yo who adores books, music, and animals. We apply an attachment parenting approach, and are looking for someone to join our child's village with connection and care. The position would be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (16 guaranteed hours/week) with a flexible start date and option for a longer break in the middle of the day. The home includes a friendly cat and a chill dog- no pet care required, though comfort around animals is essential. This is a W2 employee role with weekly direct deposit, and includes paid holidays, sick time, and vacation, plus mileage reimbursement for outings when applicable. Pay is based on experience. Candidates should be able to lift 35 lbs.
