They are parents to a sweet toddler and expecting their second child at the end of March. With both parents commuting into the city, they're seeking a kind, proactive, and organized full-time nanny who can provide consistency, care, and stability during this exciting period of transition. The family also has a friendly dog, so comfort with pets is important. The Role (Day-to-Day Care) The nanny will primarily care for their 2-year-old, creating a day filled with play, learning, and exploration. Responsibilities include planning activities, attending local classes and playgroups, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and keeping the children's spaces tidy and organized. Once the baby arrives, the role will expand to support infant routines while maintaining consistency for the toddler. The family values a nanny who takes initiative, looks ahead in the schedule, and maintains a well-balanced routine for the children.
