Seeking An Experienced Long-term Nanny - Paid Time Off Provided, Flexible Start Date (ASAP)

Looking for care for two girls (7 mos and 2. 5 yrs). Start date is flexible and caregiver could start earlier or later. Hours are somewhat flexible. Pay is commensurate w/ certifications, coursework, & experience. We provide 16 hours of paid time off per year for caregiver's personal use. We pay per hr for hrs worked and provide opportunities for caregiver to work preceding or following any planned family travel, so that hours still come out the same. Must be experienced in caring for a toddler and infant at the same time as a nanny within the last 5 years. Must be up to date on MMR vaccine. We use a payroll service to pay on the books. Caregiver will receive a W2 in January. Both parents work from home all or some of the time (depending on the week).
