We are looking for a reliable, patient, organized and proactive individual to assist with our busy household and routines. We have five children (10, 8, 5, 3, and a 11-month-old). Experience with younger children, time efficiency, transparency and good communication are all skills we are seeking. The role is focused on helping with the younger children and assist in keeping the house running smoothly. Responsibilities - 9:30am-11:30 a.m. time blocked responsibilities to be discussed. - Assist with caring for 11-month-old, while mom WFH or runs errands. These will be on selected days, tbd. - Assistance with after-school pick-up routines. - Prepare and serve snacks and dinner for kids - Assist with bedtime routine for younger kids - Laundry - Light household tasks as needed, tidying before leaving at EOD.
