Saturday 6 Hour Shift During Wedding Season - Schedule Known Well In Advance

I have two daughters, one is 5 months and the other is 2. 5 years old. I am going to need help once the wedding season starts up again in May, as I am a wedding videographer part time and a stay at home mom. My husband has MS and is unable to watch the children, especially the infant, by himself. He can take care of 80% of the toddlers needs, but you'd mainly be there to take care of my youngest. I'd like to break the day up into two shifts, with 2 different babysitters come in for a total of a 12 hours. The goal is to not burn one person out. Most weddings are on Saturdays, and I know my schedule well in advance (one Friday and one Sunday so far) from May - November. In preparation I'd like both if my daughters to get familiar with you and do some babysitting in the lead up to May with a couple of morning (think 9am-1pm) times a month.
