Seeking a capable Family Assistant for our 2 kids (ages 3 & 5) in Pelham, NY. Schedule: T/W/Th, 1pm-7 p.m. approx 18 hrs/week total. (Poss. Mon/Fri in future). DAILY: THE CHILL BLOCK (1:00-2:30pm): The house is yours! Listen to a podcast while you "reset" the home before kids arrive. We don't need deep cleaning, just organization. (Laundry / Organizing toys/closets/ kid snack prep/ unloading dishwasher) THE FLOW BLOCK (2:30pm7pm): Pick up kids & shift gears to fun! Play, crafts, outdoor time, playdates Evening routine (dinner/homework) We are looking for someone who: *Enjoys the balance of independent tasks + childcare. *Is a self-starter. Sees a basket of laundry + just handle it. *Has previous experience with preschool-age children. We strive to make our home welcoming, warm, and fun.
