Seeking Warm, Engaging Caregiver For 4.5-year-old Girl (M/T/Th Afternoons)

About the job

We are looking for care for our daughter at our home on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from approximately 2-4:30 p.m. (open to adjusting to consecutive days for the right person). Were looking for someone who can engage her with active play - pretend play, arts and crafts, outdoor time when possible - rather than defaulting to screen time. Shes currently in aftercare but finding it overwhelming after a full school day, so we want a calmer, more personalized environment where she can decompress and play.
