Were looking for a caring and reliable respite provider for our 6-year-old autistic son in Peekskill, NY. Care is needed Monday through Friday during the 2025-26 school year, from approximately 2:45 p.m. (when he gets off the bus) until 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. He's a very sweet and engaging child who thrives with patient, playful caregivers. This position is paid through AIM under our OPWDD respite budget and rate is negotiable. Were looking for someone who has experience with children on the autism spectrum, or a strong interest in working with neurodivergent kids. Consistency and reliability are especially important.
