They are seeking a caring, professional nanny for their sweet baby girl who will be approximately 3.5 months old at the start. The parents deeply value a calm, disciplined, organized, and happy environment and are looking for someone who will love and care for their daughter as if she were their own.The primary focus is exceptional, attentive, and responsive infant care - engaging with baby's needs, maintaining gentle routines, and supporting her growth and development with warmth and expertise. Light household support (strictly secondary, only during work hours and while baby is in your care) includes keeping common areas tidy, baby & family laundry, unloading the dishwasher, occasional simple family meal prep, and light errands (mail/packages, etc.). This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned, big-hearted nanny seeking a genuine, long-term family connection. Key Responsibilities Childcare ( 70-80% of role): Provide safe, loving, and age-appropriate care for our child(ren), including feeding, bathing, changing, naps, playtime, classes, preschool, outings, reading, and developmental activities. Establish, maintain, and support daily routines (meals/snacks, local classes, nap/bedtime, diapering/potty-training as applicable). Engage in interactive play, creative activities, and early learning stimulation. Monitor child(ren)'s well-being, share regular updates with parents, and adhere to household safety policies. Household Support / Light Duties ( 20-30% of role): Keep common areas used by the family and child(ren) tidy, organized, and welcoming (e.g., living room, family room, play area). Unload/load dishwasher, put away dishes. Baby and family laundry: wash, dry, fold (primarily baby items + some family "folds" as needed). Simple dinner preparation for the family. Bring in the mail/packages, run occasional errands (e.g., order groceries, drop off dry cleaning in the lobby) as directed. Assist with keeping child-related areas organized (playroom, nursery, toy storage) and sterilizing baby equipment when appropriate. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with occasional evenings or weekend support as needed. COMPENSATION: $30-$35/hr Gross Depending on Experience (high end of the rate range reserved for candidates with 10+ years experience working with infants)
