A family in downtown Manhattan is seeking a proactive and family-oriented Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. This is a team-oriented household - Mom is often home, and the family has another nanny - so they're looking for someone who works well alongside others, has a positive, can-do attitude, and brings good energy into the home. They have two children ages ranging from 6 months-2 years. Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday -Live-in Friday-Sunday, private bedroom provided -Live-out on weekdays -Weekday hours: 8:00 AM-6:00 p.m. -Weekend hours: 10-hour days Responsibilities: -Light housekeeping pertaining to the kids -Comfortable working around their weekday nanny who primarily cares for their oldest during the week. Over the weekend, this nanny would be responsible for both children. -Flexibility to assist in the Hamptons during the summer months, where the position will be fully live-in. Requirements: -Warm, calm, trustworthy, and team-oriented -Comfortable working in a home where parents are present -Fluent Spanish preferred (other language backgrounds welcome) -Ability to drive and swim ideal, but not required Compensation: -$30/hour (net, on the books) -Private bedroom provided during live-in days
