Weekend Nanny

About the job

Seeking a reliable, experienced weekend nanny or babysitter for two girls 1. 5 and 3. 5. You should be comfortable guiding toddlers through emotional moments. Our older daughter may occasionally use strong words like calling someone a monster, and we expect calm discipline and redirection rather than taking comments personally. We may occasionally need evening or late night help on weekdays after our daytime nanny leaves. This won’t be frequent, but flexibility for those times is important. We also need someone open to traveling within or outside the U. S. a couple of times a year. All travel costs will be covered. Our current nanny has her own kids, so weekend support may be necessary during trips. If everything works well, we are open to moving from hourly pay to a guaranteed salary to establish a long term commitment.
