We are looking for an experienced, warm, resourceful nanny/mothers helper for part-time care for our two little children: a sweet & strong 1-month-old baby girl (during the day) & a loving, curious & playful 3 yoa boy (after school or weekends). We generally need help with one child or the other, not both at once, and the particular hours are flexible at this point. Essentials: someone warm who loves children; who has experience with infants & older toddlers; who can be kind and firm; who is comfortable caring for children when parents are home. We also need someone who will work on the books. Pluses: Experience with breastfed babies; communication skills (we mainly speak English & French); willingness to run small errands, light cleaning, laundry, or cooking; proximity to W 96th Street stop on the 2/3.
