Seeking Sitter With Special Education Background For Neurodivergent Boy

I'm looking for a regular afterschool sitter for my4-year-old neurodivergent son. He's a sweet, easy-going, and charming child very well loved by his teachers, caregivers, and little brother! But he would thrive most if you could incorporate the routines and support methods we have set up. We'd need you to pick him up from his preschool and accompany him to afternoon activities. We're looking for 3-4 afternoons a week, and occasiosome weekend mornings. We can be flexible with the schedule and start time.
