We have two amazing little boys, ages 3 and 5. The 5-year-old goes to school so the majority of the day will be spent with the 3-year-old, except for school breaks, at which point, they will both be at home. We have a schedule for meals and naptime but otherwise the day is focused on self directed play without a lot of adult input. Duties include meal preparation, diapers, help with the bathroom, naps, reading, and giving them freedom to express their emotions. Our approach to parenting is similar to Montessori, so it's important that a caregiver delights in them being themselves. We are looking for someone with a car to drop my oldest off at school and pick him as needed. Housekeeping- dishes (sink and dishwasher); kids' laundry; kids bedding; kids garbage; cleaning play spaces.
